Suggest a better descriptionPreheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease 9x9 or 8x8 pan. In small separate bowl, combine 5 tablespoons water and 2 tablespoons flaxseed. Let sit for 2 minutes. Slowly incorporate all other ingredients in large bowl with fork. Add flaxseed/water mixture. Batter will be thick. Do not over mix. Pour into pan, smoothing evenly to the edges.
Bake for 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted into center comes out with slight crumbs. Do not overbake. Remove from oven, let cool on rack, then cut into 16 pieces.
