1. Wash oysters
2. Mix flour, chilli & salt in a bowl
3. Place egg in next bowl
4. Place breadcrumbs in next bowl
5. Heat oil to medium in a large frypan
6. Coat oysters in flour mix, then egg, then breadcrumbs one at a time
7. Place oysters in frypan, careful not to crowd pan
8. Cook until brown and crispy on each side
9. Place cooked oysters on paper towel to soak up oil
10. Serve with wedges on lime squeezed over top
Chilli flavour should be mild and oysters crispy
