Light pasta with simple and tasty flavours
1. Preheat oven to 240
2. Combine rub ingredients in a food processor
3. Rub all over the chicken, shove the lemon up the chicken
4. Place base ingredients into the roast pan and put metal grill over the top
5. Place chicken on grill so the juices drip over the base ingredients
5. Put in oven for 15 minutes then turn heat down to 180c
6. Cook in oven at 180 degrees for about 60min
7. Remove from oven and cut chicken away from bones
8. Remove garlic cloves from pan, peel and place garlic flesh in dish
9. Remove lemon and squeeze juice into pan
10. Combine all ingredients in the roasting pan (don't forget linguine water)
11. Heat over stove for a few minutes until everything is warm and combined
