Ingredients

2 whole Chicken
3 lb Pork Roast - Boston Butt
3 14.5-oz cans Tomatoes; diced
2 16-oz can Corn; Frozen
2 16-oz can Lima beans; frozen
2 medium Onion
32 ounce Chicken broth
24 ounce Ketchup
1/2 cup White vinegar
1/2 cup Worcestershire Sauce
1/4 cup Brown sugar; packed
1 tablespoons Salt
1 tablespoon Pepper
2 tablespoons Hot pepper sauce

Original recipe makes 28

Preparation

Cook chicken and pork until done. Debone chicken. Chop chicken and pork. Stir together all ingredients in a 6 quart Dutch oven. Cover and simmer over low heat, stirring occasionally, 2? - 3 hours.

Notes

To follow this whole recipie (not in half), the black pot doesn't work, you need a bigger pot.
