Ready in 45 minutes
This is really quick and delish, and a top favorite over here in my house
Chop tomatoes roughly and put them in a mini food processor, then add the minced garlic, the chopped basil or oregano, 1 tbsp of the olive oil, and vinegar, salt and pepper. Brush bread lightly with the rest of the olive oil and place over hot grill or under broiler until golden on each side. Put tomatoes, garlic, and oregano or basil in bowl. Spoon tomato mixture over each bread slice. and serve.

Kym1 4y agoI made this for my man.. he loved it and even though I hate tomatoes I actually thought it was pretty tasty... Thanks for the recipe.
Jensim108 4y agoLove this and its so easy! Didn't use the food processor, just cut it up and mixed it.
Foodesire 5y agoThanks for the recipe! The only thing I did different was add some roasted corn. I served to friends and family, some of which doesn't like tomatoes, and every bit was eaten... Quickly! : )
