Delish veggie recipe. I've also cooked it on the BBQ at fairly low heat to avoid scorching the bottom.
Preheat oven to 400 F. Core & seed & slice tomatoes. Mix together garlic, olive oil, basil, salt & pepper to taste. Brush pizza crust with oil mixture. Place tomatoes on top & brush with more oil. Place goat cheese on top & drizzle remaining oil on top. Season with salt & pepper if desired. Bake for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted & tomatoes are warm.
