tomatoes and mozzarella cheese on french bread
Mix garlic,salt and pepper,and a few drops of oil to make a paste. Add oil,chopped tomatoes,and basil.
Brush sliceed bread with oil and place under broiler till a golden colour. Put brochetta and cheese on top. Broil until cheese is melted.

sunnygal 3y agoMy garden is producing tomatoes and I needed to start using them so I made this recipe and it is great. The only change I made was not to mix the EVOO with the tomatoes, I just drizzled it on top of the tomato mixture before popping into the oven to melt the cheese.
