This is the greatest brussel sprout recipie ever. Everyone like it, even those who don't like brussel sprouts.
Slice brussel sprouts thinly, discard the tough stem segments
Melt the butter in a large frying pan over medium heat
Add brussel sprouts and stir to coat
Saute brussel sprouts for 5-minutes, stir to prevent sticking
Add apricots and cook for 2-3 minutes stiring regularly
Add almonds and cook for 1-2 minutes until almonds start to change color
Serve
If it appears to be too dry in the pan, add more butter. The brussel sprouts will absord a lot of butter given the opportunity.
