1 1/2 pounds brussels sprouts
3 tablespoons olive oil
3/4 tablespoon kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Original recipe makes 6 Servings



Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Cut off ends and pull off any yellow leaves. Mix in a bowl with the olive oil, salt and pepper. Turn them out on a baking sheet and roast for 35 to 40 minutes until crisp outside and tender inside. Shake pan from time to time.

Pretty good and super easy. It definately didn't take 30 min. for them to bake in the oven, more like 15-20 min.
