1/4 c Walnuts; chopped
1/4 ts Ground nutmeg
1 tb Margarine
2 c Fresh Brussels sprouts;

Preparation

Cut the sprouts in half and steam until tender. Meanwhile, saute the walnuts in the margarine until golden. Pour over the sprouts in a serving dish. Easy and fast! Don't overcook 15 min. or less, just till tender-but firm and they won't be bitter. Chop nuts. My teenagers had this for dinner and loved it.

Especially liked the walnuts! I'm going to add this to my traditional Thanksgiving side dishes. Excellent and just a little different.
