Preheat your oven to 170C and make the base by combining the flour, milk, vanilla extract, baking powder in a bowl. Cut your banana roughly into thirds, setting 2/3 of it aside, and mashing the remaining third. Add the mashed banana to the base mixture and mix well. Heat a frying pan over a low heat and add a little coconut oil, then pour in your batter. Allow to cook for 3-4 minutes until the bottom of the base is cooked, which you will know happens when the top bubbles slightly. Once the top starts to bubble slightly, remove from the heat, and place in the oven so that the top of the base become crisp and slightly golden. Mash your frozen berries in a bowl, and spread them on top of your pizza base, and evenly place your banana sliced on top too. Place in the oven for 5-10 minutes, or until the berry sauce dries out a little and the banana is soft and slightly caramelised. Transfer to a plate and top with whatever your heart desires, then dig in!
