Spicy, bacony mac and cheese!
Cook macaroni as the package label directed; drain.
Meanwhile, melt butter in a medium saucepan: remove from heat.
Stir in the flour, salt and pepper until smooth.
Gradually stir in milk. Bring to a boil; stirring. Reduce heat and simmer mixture for one minute. Remove from heat.
Stir in 1 1/2 cup cheese and stir in hot sauce, bacon, and chicken. Add the macaroni. Pour into a 1/2 quart casserole and sprinkle remaining cheese over top. Bake 15-20 minutes at 375 or until cheese is golden brown.
