Suggest a better descriptionIn a large skillet, cook the canned chicken and cream cheese and cook until the cream cheese is melted over medium heat. While cooking, shred the chicken with the end of your spatula.
Add the hot sauce and ranch dressing to the skillet and cook until all ingredients are heated through.
Reduce the heat to low, top with the shredded cheddar cheese and cover with foil until the cheese is melted over the top of the dip.
