Buffalo Chicken Wing Dip

Delicious taste of Buffalo Wings without the messy fingers!


5 ea Chicken breast halves
2 cups Cheddar cheese; sharp
8 ounces Cream cheese
16 ounces Blue cheese dressing; chunky style
12 ounces Hot sauce; (Frank's Red Hot)
2 stalks Celery; finely chopped

Original recipe makes 12



Boil chicken breasts and shred meat from bone.

Spray a 9"x13" baking pan with non-stick cooking spray. Add chicken and remainder of ingredients to pan, and stir.

Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serve with tortilla chips or crusty bread.

Delish & satisfying!! Instead of boiling and risk drying out the chicken, poach it. It works wonderfully and does not take much time. http://www.chefdarin.com/2011/04/why-boiled-chicken-is-bad/

I make this a lot, but I use 2 big cans of canned chicken. Much easier.

This is so easy and is always a big hit at any party. I use a wing sauce called Footys instead of Franks. It is the orange type sauce instead of red. Yum!
