"i didn't have quite enough pepper jack cheese, but i used a combination of provolone and mozzarella and it turned out FABULOUS! I think though, it might be better with crab meat. I plan to try that some time soon as well!"

Ingredients

Are you making this? 
1 pound Shrimp; cooked, chopped
6 tablespoons Hot pepper sauce
8 ounces Cream cheese
12 ounces Monterey jack cheese; shredded

Original recipe makes 12

Servings  

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Spray casserole dish or deep dish pie plate with cooking spray.

Combine cream cheese with hot pepper sauce and mix well.

Fold in shrimp and shredded cheese.

Place all in casserole or pie dish. Bake for 10-15 minutes or until bubbly and slightly brown.

Serving options:

- french bread slices

- tortilla chips (scoop chips work well)

- soft corn or flour tortillas - add a little sliced avocado

- big slices of veggies (celery or green pepper are great)

i didn't have quite enough pepper jack cheese, but i used a combination of provolone and mozzarella and it turned out FABULOUS! I think though, it might be better with crab meat. I plan to try that some time soon as well!
