STOVETOP INSTRUCTIONS
1 Heat a stovetop grill pan over medium heat. Place butter in a large glass bowl and heat in microwave until melted; whisk in honey, pepper sauce, tomato paste, and garlic paste until blended. Place bowl back in microwave.
2 Spray shrimp with olive oil cooking spray and season with salt and pepper. Grill shrimp 2 minutes per side or until just cooked through. While shrimp are grilling, microwave hot sauce mixture 2 minutes, until bubbling. Add grilled shrimp to hot sauce; toss until well coated.
3. To serve, line plates with watercress and avocado and top with crunchy salad. Spoon shrimp onto plates. Serve with reserved dressing.
