Ready in 18 minutes
Cream cheese based dip for people who dislike cream cheese.
1. Bake the chicken.
2. Shred it.
3. Put it in a 9 X 13 baking dish. Pour the entire bottle of buffalo sauce on top, mix the ranch & cream cheese (This might sound like a good idea to lick the spoon after mixing, but it's not - gag).
4. Put the mix on top of the chicken and hot sauce then cover with cheese.
5. Bake it till it's hot all the way through
Add celery for garnish (sometimes I do it, sometimes I don't - it doesn't add or take away from the dish)
Serve it with the scoop fritos.
