Bread, egg, meat, & cheese casserole
Line the bottom of a casserole dish with half of the bread, butter side up. Cover with ham, tuna, and crab meat. Cover all with Velveeta slices. Sprinkle with chopped onion and Lowrey's seasoned salt.
Cover mixture with another layer of bread, butter side up. Mix the eggs and milk and pour over the casserole mixture.
Refrigerate over night. Take out 1 hour before baking. Bake 1 hour at 325 degrees.
Make a sauce with the cream of mushroom soup, thinned with milk. Add the pimento and mushrooms. Serve over casserole.
