Thaw potatoes at least 45 minutes
Grease a 3 quart casserole
Pre-heat oven to 350
Combine all ingredients - except bacon bits
Add to greased casserole - top with bacon bits
Bake 1 Hour
You can use chives instead of Green onions if you prefer a milder flavor.
