Suggest a better descriptionTrim fat from beef. Cut beef into 1 inches pieces. Sprinkle beef with salt and pepper. If desired, brown beef in searing flour. Place beef in slow cooker. Sprinkle with tapioca. Stir in carrots, beans, onions and garlic.
Pour broth and wine over beef and vegetables.
Cover and cook on low setting for 10 hours. Serve over hot egg noodles.
Sprinkle with cooked bacon pieces.
