Try this Burrito Grande recipe, or contribute your own.
1. Heat oven to 375 degrees. Spray 15 x 10 x 1-inch baking pan with nonstick cooking spray. 2. In large skillet, cook ground beef over medium-high heat until well browned. Drain. Add chili beans and cumin; mix well. 3. Place tortillas, overlapping, down one side of sprayed pan. Spoon ground beef mixture down center of tortillas; sprinkle with 1-1/2 cups of the cheese. Roll tortillas over ground beef mixture to create 1 large burrito; seam side down. Spoon taco sauce over burrito; sprinkle with remaining 1 cup cheese. 4. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes or until thoroughly heated. To serve, cut burrito into slices. Serve with sour cream. Hotdoxy 2y agoReally good, I used Mexican cheese mix without the taco seasoning and black beans rather than the spicy chili beans, my better half can't do spicy. I omitted the taco sauce for the same reason. I brushed the top, sides and bottom of the pan with olive oil to create a crispy crust.
debblay 3y agoDelicious! Family loved it! Used 1 lb of ground beef, and 1/2 can of beans (husband doesn't like too many beans). Will make again.

MichS220 7y agoThis was so yummy! I used ground pork and added a little bit of the taco sauce in the middle. I didn't have the large tortillas so I layered 4 on the bottom and 4 on top of the mixture. I also added a few black olives on top.
