6 large Potatoes; pared and cut in pieces
6 large Carrots
3 pounds Stew meat
1/3 cup Soy sauce
1 teaspoon Paprika
1/2 teaspoon Pepper
3 tablespoon Flour
12 bag Onions
1 cup Condensed beef broth
1 8 oz can Tomato sauce
1 teaspoon Salt

Original recipe makes 1



Layer potatoes, then carrots on the bottom of the crockpot, line top with

the meat, sprinkle meat with soy sauce, salt, pepper, and flour. Combine the

beef = broth and tomato sauce and pour over all and cook for 7 hours or 5

hour on high. This is good.

Excellent quick stew, nothing complicated, just good simple cooking - perfect for busy weekday supper after work (any leftovers keep very well too, and can be lengthened with additional stock or water for a nourishing soup, too)

I think I would add celery.Directions didn't list all ingredients, but it was easy to figure out. VERY tasy and I will make this again!
