Butter cake based on goat butter and gluten free flour.
Beat butter, sugar, lemon zest and salt until white and creamy.
Mix in the egg and egg yolk with a tablespoon of flour.
Sift all dry ingredients and stir in butter mixture.
Preheat oven to 175 degrees Celsius.
Use baking tray with closed bottom, brush top with some (goat) milk.
Bake for approximately 30 minutes
Cover bottom of baking tray with baking paper, to ensure easy loosening.
