My favorite Brownies
In saucepan, combine margarine, cocoa, and 1 Cup water. Bring to a boil. Stir constantly. Remove from heat. In large bowl, sift together flour, sugar, soda, and salt. Stir in eggs, buttermilk, and vanilla. Add cocoa mixture. Mix until blended. Pour into greased 15 1/2 X 10 1/2 pan. Bake at 375 for 20 minutes. Pour frosting over hot brownies, spread evenly. Cool.
