Melt in your mouth! They freeze excellent too!
In small saucepan, add; water, butter, & cocoa. Bring to a boil. Remove from heat. In large bowl, combine; flour, sugar, soda, salt. Stir in; beaten eggs, buttermilk, & vanilla. Add cocoa mixture and mix well. Pour into a greased 12X15 jelly roll pan and bake 375 degree for 20 minutes. Test with toothpick. IMMEDIATELY spread following, warm cocoa buttermilk frosting over brownies. Cool. Cut into bars.
Frosting
In small saucepan, combine 1/4 cup butter, 3 Tbsp. buttermilk, & 3 Tbsp. nestle cocoa. Cook & stir until boiling. Remove from heat. Beat in: 2 1/4 cups powdered sugar & 1/2 tsp. vanilla.
For the frosting, make sure it is hot when spreading, and spread immediately after removing brownies from oven.
