Suggest a better descriptionHeat oven to 350. In small pot whisk squash and heavy cream over medium low heat. When hot whisk in goat cheese until melted. Remove from heat and stir in egg yolk, 1/2 teaspoon salt and pepper. Cool slightly.
Put shells on baking sheet. Pipe mixture into shells. Bake 8 - 10 minutes.
Garnish with whole sage leaves fried in canola oil and lightly salted.
