Suggest a better descriptionOn a medium flame, melt margarine in soup pot. Add onion and sauté until opaque. Add butternut squash and cook for 5 minutes. Add chicken broth and nutmeg. Cover pot and bring to a boil. Simmer for 20 min. on a low flame. Puree until smooth. Stir in creamer and add maple syrup.
