Like blondies, but better
Melt butter in saucepan. Stir in brown sugar until dissolved. Remove from heat. Add eggs and vanilla. Mix dry ingredients (flour, baking powder, salt) together and add to mixture. Add coconut and chips.
Pour into greased 13"x 9" pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Cool, then cut into squares.
