Suggest a better descriptionCore cabbage and scald to soften leaves. Fry bacon and onions. Cook short grain rice in salt water, use 1/4 inches more water than rice. Mix rice, bacon, onions, oil, salt and pepper. Roll cabbage rolls. Cook in roaster with oil. Use foil on bottom of roaster and to cover. Cover with plenty of tomato juice. Bake at 325 degrees.
