Suggest a better descriptionShred cabbage separetly. Blanch in boiling water, keep seperate. Plunge into iced water. Bring vinegar to a simmer in a sauce pan. Pour half of vinegar over each cabbage. Sprinkle 1/2 cumin over each cabbage. Mix well. To the white cabbage, add the bacon, apple, walnuts and some parsley. Combine well. Just before serving, add the red cabbage, salt and pepper and olive oil. Combine well and top with parsley.
