Prep time: 10 minuts, Cook Time: to minutes. While this salad can be enjoyed the way it is, you can include or substiture different kinds of chicken, turkey, cheese salad dressing or herbs
Combine all ingredents in a large bowl; Toss well to coat
Salmon would work in this recipe too.
Smoked Salmon would be good too but... maybe Vinegar and Oil instead of Caesar dressing
Note:To lower the sodium in this dish, use plain cooked chicken in place of the commercial roasted variety, which is high in sodium.
Read that statement that if you can't take the time to have left over chicken or cook some for this recipe - step away from the recipe.... you aren't going to get the full effect of making this. Once you make it "toadaly" you will know what I mean. Oh, and by the way...the Feta, (believe it or not), makes the dish so use good feta.
On the Pasta... you can substitute for the Penne, but don't think about long pasta like speghitti, fettuchini and the like - you will ruin the dish. Think more of short plump pasta. The spiral stuff , (like Rotini), or something similar works great too.
