Caesar Salad Dressing (healthier)

Ready in 15 minutes

Very good and easy


1 clove Garlic; crushed *
1/3 cup Low-fat cottage cheese
1/2 cup Nonfat plain yogurt
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese; freshly grated
White-wine vinegar
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
1/8 teaspoon Salt; or to taste
Freshly ground pepper; to taste
Dijon mustard **

* I believe it needed more garlic.

Puree garlic and cottage cheese in a blender or food processor until smooth.

Add yogurt, Parmesan, vinegar, Worcestershire and mustard. Pulse to blend.

Season with salt and pepper.
