Combine chicken and Cajun seasoning in a large zip-top plastic bag; seal and shake to coat. Heat a large nonstick skillet coated with cooking spray over medium heat. Add chicken mixture; saute 7 minutes or until lightly browned. Add bell peppers, mushrooms, and onions; cook 3 minutes. Stir in pasta and remaining in gredients; bring to a boil. Cook 1 minute; stirring constantly. Serve immediately.
