Suggest a better descriptionCook noodles, drain and set aside. While noodles are cooking, saute kielbasa and mushrooms in 2T oil in large saute pan over medium-high heat until browned (5 minutes). Transfer to bowl and set aside. Combine chicken with seasonings, tossing to coat, then dust with flour. Saute chicken in same saute pan in 2T oil over medium-high heat until nearly cooked through (about 5 min). Push chicken to one side of pan then add tomato paste and garlic and saute for 1 min. Deglaze with sherry and simmer until nearly evaporated then add broth, Worcestershire and reserved kielbasa-mushroom mixture. Bring to a simmer and reduce by half (about 5 min). Off heat, stir in sour cream and serve over prepared noodles. Garnish with scallions if desired.
