Good to feed a crowd (but takes 2 hours!)
Saute yellow onion, green peppers, garlic, celery and green onions in peanut oil in large (12 t) pot. Add tomatoes and chicken broth, and simmer for 1 hour. Add browned sausage, cooked ham and parsley, and cook for 5 minutes or so. Add Tabasco, Worcester sauce, and thyme. Simmer for 20 minutes. Add converted rice, cook 25 minutes with lid on
