Combine white pepper, cayenne pepper, salt, paprika, garlic powder and onion powder in small bowl.
Cook Pasta:
Bring water to boil over high heat.
Add both fettucines, reduce heat to medium and simmer until pasta is tender (appr 12-14 minutes).
Main Dish:
Cut chicken into bite size pieces. Use about 1/3 of seasoning blend to coat chicken.
In separate bowl, sprinkle 1/3 of seasoning blend over shrimp.
Saute chicken in olive oil until turns brown.
Add shrimp and saute 2 minutes more stirring.
Pour contents of pan into bowl. SAVE DRIPPINGS!!!
Saute tomatoes, peppers and onion in pan with drippings.
Sprinkle remaining seasoning on vegetables and saute until blackened.
Add chicken/shrimp to veggies.
Pour 3/4 cup chicken broth in pan.
Cook on high until broth is almost gone.
Add remaining 1/4 cup broth to pan. (Liquid should darken)
Stir constantly, scraping blackened stuff on bottom. Reduce broth and turn heat to low.
Dissolve cornstarch with wine in bowl. Add to pan to thicken sauce.
When fettucine is done, place servings on plate and spoon sauce over pasta.
Sprinkle parsley as garnish and serve!
