Make double batches to go farther.
In a large bowl, combine the cereals, pretzels and nuts. Pour into an ungreased 15x10x1 inch baking pan. Combine the remaining ingredients; pour over cereal mixture and stir to coat. Bake at 250 degrees for 40 to 60 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes. Store in airtight containers. Yields 8 cups
To cut the salt a bit I used unsalted mixed nuts and pretzels. Can also subsitute peanuts if you don't like mixed nuts. To make less spicy use half the pepper.
