Place mushroom caps in a baking dish.
Melt butter and add minced onion.
add milk and bring to bubble.
Add cheeses, a little at a time and mix well.
Add chopped mushroom stems
Add sausage, seasoning and mix well.
Simmer mixture (5-10 mins) and stir, and then fill mushroom caps with mixture
Cover and bake at 375F for 20 minutes
