These cookies are super moist and can be made in your favorite cake flavors. These are wonderful for beginner cooks as they are super easy to make and only require 4 ingredients!!! Make thee if you have a bake sale or like sending deserts as gifts as it make a lit of cookies! Enjoy
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl mix: cake mix, whip cream, and egg. (the batter is very thick and sticky). On a spoon get enough batter to make 1/4 to 1/2 inch ball, drop the batter into the bowl of confectioners sugar and roll until the ball is completely covered. Place on a large nonstick or greased cookie sheet, spaced apart. Place in oven for 12-15 minutes depending on size. Let cool about 10 minutes and enjoy.
If the edges are crunchy Place them in a container overnight and they will moisten up!
