Super easy, yummy soft cookies.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl, mix cake mix, cool whip, and egg. Form into balls. Roll in powdered sugar. Bake 10-12 minutes. Let cool before removing from pan.
This recipe is great with a chocolate, lemon or red velvet cake mix. Try them all!
