Easy quick calzones
Preheat oven to 500
In a medium bowl combine cheeses and any desired toppings
Roll out dough on greased baking sheet and cut each larger piece in half
Place filling on one half of each piece of dough
Dip finger into a bowl of warm water and rim the outside edge of the dough. Fold over and press with fork to seal. Repeat for each piece.
Bake for 10-15 minutes or until golden.
Let cool for 5 minutes, then brush with oil before serving with pizza sauce for dipping
