Suggest a better descriptionHeat water to tepid. Combine water, sugar, and yeast, then rest of ingredients and knead for 2 minutes. Let rise for 20 minutes in a warm place (can turn oven on for a minute and then turn off).
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Combine ingredients and add just enough dressing to moisten (2 tablespoons should be plenty). Divide dough into 4-6 pieces. Roll and stretch each to form a 6-7 inch circle. Spoon filling on half of each circle, leaving 1/2 inch border. Fold other half over to form a half moon shape. Crimp edges with fingers to seal tightly. Cut a small vent on top. Bake for 12-15 minutes. Brush with Italian dressing and sprinkle with parmesan and bake another 3-4 minutes. Serve with cups of pizza sauce.
