hamburger skillet


1 pound Ground beef
1 medium Onion; chopped
1 10.75-oz can Campbell's condensed tomato soup
1/4 cup Water
1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 cup Cheddar cheese; shredded
2 cups fusilli or elbow macaroni; cooked

Original recipe makes 4



COOK beef and onion in skillet until browned. Pour off fat.

ADD soup, water, Worcestershire, cheese and pasta and heat through.

If I ever try something like this again, I'd probably try adding a cheese sauce to it, rather than shredded cheese.

Delicious and simple. I added a little more tomato sauce because I cooked more noodles to feed 9 people but it was delicious. Absolutely great.

Seasoned meat with garlic and pepper, cooked it in some EVOO. Used low sodium tomato soup to lower the sodium in this but used 1 can instead of 1/2 which the prep said since I scaled it down to the hub and I. Very good though, will put in rotation!

I just did this today. I used spirals instead, but the rest was pretty much the same. Added some extra herbs like rosemary and thyme. Was pretty good cause it's simple to make yet tasty.
