Especially fun for kids!
Before camping, brown the beef and simmer it with taco seasoning and water. Bring with you camping along with all the toppings and chips.
At the campsite, reheat the beef. Get the 4 fritos bags and before opening them, smash up the chips. Open the bag and add in your taco meat and your toppings. You still get the crunch of a traditional taco shell but without the inevitable mess of the taco falling apart while you’re eating it.
