A spin on a cannoli.
Beat cream cheese, butter, vanilla, and almond extract. Add sugars and blend. Stir in chips. Cover and chill 2 hours or over night. You can roll into one lg. ball or do individual servings. Roll in chopped nuts (toasted pecans or pistachios) before serving. Serve with pirouline cookies, graham sticks, or in waffle cone bowls.
