Blissful Brownies
Preheat the oven to 350. Grease and line the bottom of a shallow 11 x 7 pan with baking parchment. Sift the flour, baking powder, and cocoa into a bowl and add the butter, sugar, eggs, and coffee. Beat well by hand or with an electric whisk, until smooth, then spoon into the pan and smooth the top.
Bake in oven for 35-40 minutes or until risen and firm. Let cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then turn out onto a wire rack and peel off the lining paper. Let cool completely.
To make frosting, place the chocolate, butter, and milk in a bowel and set over a pan of simmering water and stir until the chocolate has melted.
Remove the bowl from the pan and sift in the confectioner's sugar. Beat until smooth, then spread over the cake. Dust the top with sifted cocoa, then cut into squares.
