Mix brown sugar and chili powder together and set aside. Cut trimmed chicken breasts into large bite size pieces and wrap with 1/2 - 1 slice of bacon each. Secure the bacon with toothpick. Roll the chicken pieces in the sugar mixture and refrigerate to set. Preheat oven to 350?. Bake for 20 minutes or unti chicken is thouroughly cooked and bacon is crispy.
