Kids love these!

"I love these brownies! They are very easy to make and great tasting. The only thing that I do differently is melt the caramels in the microwave. I microwave for 1 minute at a time and stir until they are completely melted. "

Preparation

Combine cake mix, butter and 1/2 of milk and pat half of this into the bottom of a greased and floured glass pan.

Bake at 375 degrees for 10 minutes.

Meanwhile, unwrap caramels and combine with the rest of the milk in a pan and cook on low heat until melted.

Pour chips over cooked dough; add caramel mixture on top. Then plop the rest of the uncooked dough over the top and bake for 20 minutes or until done.

Cool and refrigerate for about an hour.
