Suggest a better descriptionPreheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease ad flour a 13x9 pan.
In double boiler, melt caramels with 1/3 cup evaporated milk - stirring frequently.
Mix dry cake mix with melted butter and 1/3 cup evaporated milk by hand until soft dough forms.
Press 1/2 the dough into the botton of the pan and bake for 6 minutes.
Sprinkle chocolate chips over the hit crust.
Pour/drizzle the caramel mixture over the chocolate chips.
Drop the remaining dough in clumps over the caramel.
Bake 15-18 minutes.
Cool in refrigerator for at least one hour.
