Suggest a better descriptionMelt caramels with water over low heat, stirring frequently until smooth. Layer apples and caramel sauce into pie crust. In medium bowl, combine flour, sugar, and cimmamon; cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Stir in nuts. Sprinkle over apples.
